We are hiring- Health & Wellbeing Assistant

Health Matters are recruiting for a highly organised, enthusiastic and flexible Health and Wellbeing Assistant in our Belfast office. This role will be responsible for assisting with the delivery and co-ordination of Workplace Health & Wellbeing services. The successful individual will be required to liaise with a range of stakeholders including internal service delivery staff and external clients and suppliers.

Primary responsibilities

  • Organise and schedule meetings, events and health check clinics
    • Human / physical resources and venue management
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Diary management and provision of health check kits and resources for external delivery staff
  • Carry out/arrange calibration of health check equipment and log records of such calibration
  • Evaluate service efficiencies in relation to variable costs such as travel
  • Liaise with clients regarding service requests, preparing service quotations and logging details within internal CRM system
  • Assist with the roll out of marketing campaigns
    • Promote events
    • Prepare editorials and promotional write-ups
    • Increase general business brand & service awareness
  • Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Prepare and deliver external outcome reports for services delivered
  • Assisting with the delivery of health promotion sessions, programmes and services, where appropriate

 

Essential Criteria

  • Degree level qualified or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (including presenting skills)
  • Evidence of excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to work flexibly as required to ensure business needs are met
  • Able to travel as required / Valid driving licence and vehicle available for business use

Desirable Criteria (Not mandatory)

  • Degree level qualification in an health, wellbeing (or similar) related subject area
