11 Dec 100% Pass Rate for NEBOSH Health and Wellbeing Students at Health Matters
We are delighted to announce our students who recently sat the NEBOSH Health & Wellbeing exams have achieved a 100% pass rate.
The average pass rate figures released by NEBOSH for 2016 and 2017 were 57% and 74%. Having all students pass the exams is a testament to the hard work and commitment they have put in, not forgetting our trainer who thoroughly equipped each student with the core knowledge needed to successfully tackle health and wellbeing in their own workplaces.
This was the first time we have run this particular NEBOSH Course and are proud the first group have been so successful! Out of the class, 71% of our students achieved a ‘Distinction’ grade and 29% achieved a ‘Credit’ grade.
What are the benefits of a NEBOSH Health & Wellbeing Qualification?
Healthy workers can be almost three times more productive than their unhealthy colleagues. People who are unwell either don’t perform at their best, or they don’t turn up for work at all. On average, every worker in Britain takes over 7 days off annually because of illness. This qualification is designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to tackle health and wellbeing at work. A correctly implemented health and well-being programme will help reduce absenteeism and staff turnover. This will lead to increased skill retention, and a reduction in training and recruitment costs. Employee physical and mental well-being will be protected and improved, increasing staff morale and leading to increased productivity. The cost savings to the organisation can be significant.
Dates: 25th January, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd February 2019
