We are Hiring- Sales Executive

Due to rapid growth, we would like to add to our existing successful sales team in Newry. We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong background in new business, servicing existing clients and a strong commercial awareness.  Industry knowledge is desirable especially within the Healthcare sector, but not essential as proven sales ability is what we are looking for.

What you’ll do

• Identify and build new client relationships and partnerships
• Identify opportunities for business development with both new and existing clients
• Maintain a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including after sales, so all customer expectations are met and exceeded
• Naturally build rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote suitable training and consultancy services, including cross selling our Occupational Health Services
• Maintain accurate data bases, providing monthly client and sales reports, in a precise and timely manner
• Liaise closely with the Marketing team to create strategic plans for sales and marketing of products and services
• Be a brand ambassador for Health Matters at conferences, exhibitions and events
• Promote our services within the Belfast and Greater Belfast areas

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 2+ years’ demonstratable success in a similar role in a fast-paced sales environment or demonstrable transferable experience and skills
• Strong and demonstrable sales aptitude with exceptional negotiating and closing skills
• Proven experience of B2B sales
• Outbound sales experience including cold calling
• New business development and client retention experience
• First class interpersonal skills
• Minimum GCSE Maths and English grade C or above OR equivalent qualification
• Reliable and able to work using own initiative
• Excellent IT skills, proficiency in Excel and Outlook & knowledge of a range of software packages
• A full UK driving licence is essential

Desired Skills:

• Confident in dealing with senior level contacts
• Experience of LinkedIn marketing and social media
• Key account management
• Knowledge of NVQ, NEBOSH and IOSH Qualifications

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
