Care Planning Record Keeping & Data Protection

This course is aimed at healthcare workers.

This course aims to provide key information to healthcare workers to assist them in effectively managing the healthcare needs of people with long-term conditions and adhering to industry best practices in the areas of clinical record keeping, consent, disclosure of information and data protection.

• Observation Skills Stages of Care Planning 
• The assessment process 
• Creating a Care Plan 
• Best practice in clinical record keeping, consent, disclosure of information and data protection. 

The course is divided into three modules: 

• Module 1: Care Planning 
• Module 2: Record Keeping 
• Module 3: Data Protection 

Individuals are assessed via a multi-format question paper.  

Upon successfully completing this course, delegates will be given a certificate valid for three years.
