Health Matters is in a small exclusive group of first aid training providers nationally that offer a blended learning option. This blended approach provides delegates with an opportunity to complete an online course via either an eLearning module or a live virtual classroom session via Zoom, Teams or WebEx. This online element then acts as an exemption to part of the traditional classroom-based approach. For example, when considering First Aid at Work, the first-time course reduces from 3-days to 2-days and the recertification version from 2 days to 1 day.

We believe that this blended approach to training delivery can help knowledge retention as classroom time is spent almost exclusively covering the practical aspects of first aid provision. In addition, it also provides employers and delegates with greater operational flexibility.
