Health Matters are delighted to have been awarded the ‘Training in Healthcare’ award at the Randox Health Healthcare awards.
The awards night was on 1st February 2018 and all the staff had a great night. We are particularly proud of this achievement as it recognises the hard work, dedication, commitment and innovation of our management and staff who work tirelessly to improve and develop a diverse range of healthcare related training programmes across the UK and Ireland.
Our training and consultancy services can assist management and staff to be equipped with the skills and expertise that are essential to the delivery of best practice within the healthcare industry. Health Matters’ continually strive to provide the highest quality of training to all of our clients. We recognise the importance of providing up to date, evidence-based information and advice and making it relevant to our clients within various sectors of the Statutory, Voluntary and Private Healthcare sectors.
The annual awards were held in La Mon Hotel and Country Club, Belfast. Both the private sector and staff across the NHS who showcase excellence in day to day patient care, innovation, surgery facilities and after-care were recognised. Those who endeavour to improve the standards of healthcare provision and the health of our population were also recognised. Health Matters faced tough competition from other leading training providers including Queens University Belfast, so we were thrilled to have achieved this prestigious award.
Our Core Service
Training in Healthcare has been a core service that Health Matters have endeavoured to expand and build upon over the past 20 years we have been in business. In total, we have in excess of 60 different training programmes all relevant to and essential for healthcare sector staff in a variety of care settings. Our mandatory healthcare training complies with national minimum care standards, current legislation, RQIA, HIQA, and reflects evidence-based, best practice requirements.
