This short course is for employees of any level who are open to introducing mindfulness practices to improve emotional wellbeing.
What will I learn?
The course aims to introduce mindfulness practice and assists delegates in relating it to emotional wellbeing.
What will I be able to do?
By the end of the session, delegates should:
- Understand what ‘mindfulness’ is
- Be able to apply some basic mindfulness techniques in daily life.
- Understand how ‘mindfulness’ can help them deal with stress, anxiety, negative thoughts and complex emotional patterns in everyday life.
